A case repost of radial clubhand due to massive osteolysis of radius

Abstract
|
|
|
Defect of the radius should be managed either fusion of the radius and ulna, or restoration of its continuity by bone graft. Reported herein is a case in which the radius developed defect following total sequestrectomy and treatment of chronic osteomyelitis during her childhood.
Reconstruction was tried with bone graft ; utilizing the ulna end resected from the same side. Follow up study showed good union and useful band.
